High Foundation Announces Scholarship Winners

High Foundation recently presented scholarship awards to Conrad Dillman and Emma Westcott of Lancaster and Lindsey Hoelscher of Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania.  The students have been awarded $20,000 scholarships, which provide $5,000 per year for four years.
