There’s a lot of fun to be had at High
My name is Eric Rowits. I’ve worked at High for five years.
I’m a design team leader. It was a personal goal of mine just to be in that position.
There are a lot of complicated ideas that people have and the only solution is precast. People look to me just to get them the answers that they need.
My team right now is working very very hard on the Villanova Performing Arts Center. I’m going to be astonished I think when it’s all said and done.
The diversity across personnel makes this a very enjoyable place to work. And I think different people can solve complex problems better than similar-minded people.
What gets me excited about the position is the dynamic nature of the business. I love being able to see from the level that I’m at the projects from sales all the way through till they’re built.
