From Zero Experience to Managing a Crew
My name's William Caldwell. I'm here at High Concrete in Denver, Pa.
My position is Supervisor for Final Finishing and Concrete Placement. I came in with zero experience in concrete, zero experience in the construction business. Now I manage a crew of roughly 30 people.
The two areas I'm responsible for are the placement of the concrete and the final finishing of the concrete. Everything that I know at this point as a supervisor I learned here at High Concrete. It's just a great organization to work for. It's a professional but it's also a family-oriented place to work at. You can advance within our company.
