For Students

High supports and embraces future leaders in our communities. Some co-workers begin their careers with us as interns or management trainees, which means they gain real experience and gain it quickly. Are you our next intern or new-graduate hire? We’re always interested in:

  • Innovators who are willing to accept challenges and seek continuous improvement. High has been able to carry on its mission and withstand market demands because of the people that manifest courage, resilience, and capacity to learn, grow and push boundaries across all our businesses.

At High Companies, you will not only commit to a job with great benefits and hands-on training, but you will also build trustworthy relationships and learn how to practice teamwork daily. These principles exemplify our core outlook: to engage our employees, partners, and co-workers in advancing our community.
