As corporate secretary for the High^® companies, Robin Stauffer greets new challenges every day. But even the most daunting seem like small potatoes compared to the larger, more personal challenges faced by so many in our community. 

As director of philanthropic programs, including those of The High Foundation, Robin and the High companies are privileged to play a role in addressing pressing community needs including affordable housing. Sponsorship of the Lancaster Area Habitat for Humanity, and the on-site work performed by more than 20 High employees, recently helped eight families become first-time homeowners. And the High companies' support of Lancaster's Community Homeless Outreach Center helps that organization meet the basic needs of the chronically homeless in a safe, supportive environment.
